Disclaimer
Real Estate on Mars is a planning and reference site. Its listings are concept proposals, not offers.
Concept listings
Every listing on this site is a concept: a proposed building or neighborhood shown with its sources. No listing is an offer, a reservation or a claim to land.
The Outer Space Treaty bars any nation from claiming Mars, and no one can sell land there.
Estimates
Delivered costs, distances, times and doses are estimates worked out from published values. Missions, prices and data change, so check the source before relying on a figure.
Law and policy
Summaries of treaties, statutes and agency policy are general information, not legal advice. The Mars Land Use Code is a voluntary model code with no legal force.
No real estate services
This site does not offer real estate services.
Products change
Models, prices and availability change. Check current details with the retailer or the manufacturer.
